Commercial cookery is a course for both boys and girls who wish to learn the art and skills of cooking to achieve greater heights in the food industry which is approximately 500 Billion US Dollars industry. We highly concentrate on teaching the practical aspects of the course. The Course comprises of 6 months classroom training our trained industry professional chefs.
At the end of the course, the candidates will be trained in the basic culinary skills which will enable them to work in small hotels, stand-alone restaurants, guest houses, etc. The course will also enable them to be self-employed.
